No. 176); and WHEREAS, the deadline for filing a Joint Statement Regarding Discovery Disagreement is on or before December 13, 2018; and WHEREAS, the hearing date on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel is set for December 20, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.; AND WHEREAS, since the filing of Plaintiffs’ Motion, the parties have continued to 12 13 confer regarding the issues raised by Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel. In order to allow for 14 additional time for the parties to confer and to possibly resolve the issues raised by Plaintiffs’ 15 Motion, the parties have agreed to continue the hearing date to January 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. 16 17 18 THEREFORE, THE PARTIES, BY AND THROUGH THEIR RESPECTIVE UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL, HEREBY STIPULATE, AND THE COURT ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: 19 20 21 22 23 1.
