record, hereby stipulate, subject to the approval of the Court, to a one week extension of time for

Plaintiff’s counsel to file a brief in support of her Motion for Summary Judgment, in light of the

Plaintiff’s counsel has come down with bronchitis. She has been out of the office and has

been unable to finish the brief. She anticipates being able to finish the brief within a

23

week.

Should the request be granted, Plaintiff’s brief will be due on June 11, 2015, Defendant’s
reply brief on July 13, 2015 and Plaintiff’s optional response brief on July 27, 2015.
