(OSC, ECF No. 16.) No response to the OSC has been filed. 22 Since Plaintiff’s counsel failed to respond to the OSC 23 and failed to file a timely status report without justification, 24 Daniel 25 ($400.00). This sanction shall be paid to the Clerk of this Court 26 no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 1, 2015, by a check made payable Malakauskas, Esq. is sanctioned four hundred dollars 27 1 28 This was the third OSC that issued as a result of Plaintiff failing to timely file a status report.
