WHEELER REVOCABLE TRUST, et al., Defendants. 17 18 19 Plaintiff filed the pending Motion for Default Judgment Against Defendant-in- 20 Interpleader Linda Wilson. ECF No. 28. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 21 Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(19). 22 On October 13, 2015, the magistrate judge filed Findings and Recommendations herein 23 (ECF No. 31) which were served on all parties and which contained notice that any objections to 24 the Findings and Recommendations were to be filed within twenty-one days. No party has filed 25 objections to the Findings and Recommendations. 26 The Court has reviewed the file and finds the Findings and Recommendations to be 27 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 28 ORDERED that: 1 1 2 1. The Findings and Recommendations filed October 13, 2015 (ECF No. 31) are ADOPTED IN FULL; 3 4 2. Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment Against Defendant-in-Interpleader Linda Wilson (ECF No. 28) is GRANTED; 5 6 7 3.
