ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE SACRAMENTO SHERIFF’S DEPT., 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel. Plaintiff consented to proceed 18 before the undersigned for all purposes. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). On October 24, 2014, plaintiff 19 was ordered to file a completed in forma pauperis affidavit within thirty days, and was cautioned 20 that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. The thirty 21 day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not filed an in forma pauperis affidavit or otherwise 22 responded to the court’s order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff show 23 cause, within fourteen days, why this action should not be dismissed. See Local Rule 110; Fed. 24 R. Civ.
