Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a petition for a writ of habeas
17
corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On October 14, 2015, the magistrate judge granted
18
Respondent’s Request to File Late Answer. ECF No. 31. On October 26, 2015, Petitioner filed
19
an “Objection” to the magistrate judge’s order. ECF No. 33.
20
Under Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly
21
erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the Court finds the magistrate
22
judge’s ruling was not clearly erroneous or contrary to law. Therefore, upon reconsideration, the
23
magistrate judge’s October 14, 2015 order is AFFIRMED.
