CHILDERS, et. al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, seeks relief pursuant to 18 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has consented to the jurisdiction of the undersigned magistrate judge 19 for all purposes pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c) and Local Rule 305(a). ECF No. 10. A recent 20 court order (ECF No. 19) was served on plaintiff’s address of record and returned by the postal 21 service. It appears that plaintiff has failed to comply with Local Rule 183(b), which requires that 22 a party appearing in propria persona inform the court of any address change. More than sixty- 23 three days have passed since the court order was returned by the postal service and plaintiff has 24 failed to notify the Court of a current address. 25 //// 26 //// 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice 2 for failure to prosecute.
