ORDER 14 COUNTY OF MODOC, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 The parties have filed a joint statement regarding discovery matters. The remaining issue 18 is the breadth of the categories plaintiff has propounded for a person most knowledgeable 19 deposition. The categories noticed by plaintiff appear to be reasonably calculated to lead to 20 admissible evidence. Defendant has failed to demonstrate that designating a person most 21 knowledgeable to respond to the deposition notice is unduly burdensome. Accordingly, IT IS 22 HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. The deposition of the person most knowledgeable shall proceed as noticed by plaintiff. 24 2. Plaintiff is allowed fourteen hours for the deposition of the person most knowledgeable 25 as presently noticed by plaintiff. 26 Dated: April 8, 2015 27 28 4 holshouser.discconf _____________________________________ CAROLYN K.
