ECF No. 2. However, the affidavit is 19 neither signed nor dated by plaintiff. Id. Accordingly, the request to proceed in forma pauperis 20 will be denied. Plaintiff will be provided the opportunity to submit a signed affidavit in support 21 of his request to proceed in forma pauperis. 22 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1.
