On June 27, 2016, the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil

Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), providing that this matter be dismissed with prejudice with each side to

bear its own fees and costs. (See Dkt. No. 14). Thus, the parties hereby stipulate and propose that
18
the Court enter an Order vacating all dates in this matter and dismissing this case with prejudice.
