Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action under

42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security.

Based upon the parties’ Stipulation to Voluntary Remand Pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C.
21
§ 405(g) and to entry of judgment (“Stipulation to Remand”), and for good cause shown, it is
22
hereby ordered that the above-captioned action be reversed and remanded to the Commissioner
23
of Social Security for further proceedings consistent with the terms of the Stipulation to Remand.
