On April 14, 2016, as amended on April 29, 2016, the magistrate judge filed findings and 19 20 recommendations herein which were served on the parties and which contained notice to the 21 parties that any objections to the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen 22 days. No objections have been filed.1 The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 23 24 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis.
