This extension is 24 requested due to Defendant’s counsel’s exceptionally heavy workload at this time, including an 25 employment law hearing next week and travel this week in preparation for the hearing. In 26 addition, Defendant’s counsel also has at least 10 district court filings scheduled for the next two 27 weeks. The additional time requested is needed to adequately research the issues Plaintiff has 28 presented. The current due date is June 25, 2015. The new due date will be July 25, 2015. Stip. & Prop.
