IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by the parties, through their respective counsel of record,
that Defendant shall have a first extension of time of 30 days to respond to Plaintiff’s Motion for
22
23
Summary Judgment and file her Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. This extension is
24
requested due to Defendant’s counsel’s exceptionally heavy workload at this time, including an
25
employment law hearing next week and travel this week in preparation for the hearing. In
26
addition, Defendant’s counsel also has at least 10 district court filings scheduled for the next two
27
weeks. The additional time requested is needed to adequately research the issues Plaintiff has
28
presented. The current due date is June 25, 2015. The new due date will be July 25, 2015.
