Plaintiff SHIRLEY GARNETT (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant ADT LLC (“Defendant”)
(collectively, the “Parties”), through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

WHEREAS, on November 16, 2015, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Class Certification (the
“Motion”), noticed for hearing on December 14, 2015;

WHEREAS, on December 2, 2015, this Court entered an order revising the briefing
schedule and continuing the hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Class Certification to March 21,
2016;

WHEREAS, the parties reached a settlement of this matter and Plaintiff filed a Motion for
Preliminary Approval of the class action settlement on March 4, 2016, set for hearing on April 18,
2016;
WHEREAS, in view of the above, the Parties agree that the existing hearing for Plaintiff's
Motion for Class Certification, currently set for March 21, 2016, should be vacated.
