Plaintiff is proceeding in this action in pro per. On December 9, 2014, plaintiff filed a
17

complaint against defendants along with a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. ECF Nos. 1 & 2.
19
Plaintiff then filed a first amended complaint (“FAC”) and second motion to proceed in forma
20
pauperis on December 19, 2014, superseding her previous filings. ECF Nos. 3 & 4. On January
21
15, 2015, the court granted plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis and dismissed her
22
claims with instructions to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days. ECF No. 5.
23
Plaintiff has yet to file an amended complaint.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff shall show cause in writing within
24

fourteen (14) days of the date of this order why this action should not be dismissed pursuant to
