IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective

counsel of record, that the time for responding to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment be

22

extended from August 3, 2015, to September 2, 2015. This is Defendant’s first request for an

23

extension of time to respond to Plaintiff’s motion. Defendant respectfully requests this additional

24

time because Defendant’s counsel recently returned from leave related to his wedding and has a

25

higher than normal workload.

The parties further stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified
accordingly.
