It is hereby stipulated by and between the United States of America and potential claimants Ryan

19 Kelly, Daniel Crowninshield, and Cindy Crowninshield, in propria persona (“claimants”), as follows:

1.

On or about January 27, 2014, claimants filed a claims in the administrative forfeiture

21 proceeding with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (“ATF”) with respect to the
22 Miscellaneous Firearms, Ammunition, and Equipment Used for Manufacturing Firearms listed in Exhibit
23 A attached hereto and incorporated herein (hereafter “defendant properties”), which were seized on or
24 about October 9, 2013.

The ATF has sent the written notice of intent to forfeit required by 18 U.S.C. §

26 983(a)(1)(A) to all known interested parties. The time has expired for any person to file a claim to the
27 defendant properties under 18 U.S.C. § 983(a)(2)(A)-(E), and no person other than claimants has filed a
28 claim to the defendant properties as required by law in the administrative forfeiture proceeding.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 983(a)(3)(A), the United States is required to file a complaint for

2 forfeiture against the defendant properties and/or to obtain an indictment alleging that the defendant
3 properties are subject to forfeiture within ninety days after a claim has been filed in the administrative
4 forfeiture proceeding, unless the court extends the deadline for good cause shown or by agreement of the
5 parties. That deadline is April 25, 2014.

As provided in 18 U.S.C. § 983(a)(3)(A), the parties wish by agreement to extend to June

7 24, 2014, the time in which the United States is required to file a civil complaint for forfeiture against the
8 defendant properties and/or to obtain an indictment alleging that the defendant properties are subject to
9 forfeiture.

Accordingly, the parties agree that the deadline by which the United States shall be

11 required to file a complaint for forfeiture against the defendant properties and/or to obtain an indictment
12 alleging that the defendant properties are subject to forfeiture shall be extended to June 24, 2014.
