IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective

counsel of record, that the time for responding to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment be

extended from September 14, 2015, to October 14, 2015. Plaintiff’s reply would be due on

October 28, 2015. This is Defendant’s second request for an extension of time to respond to

Plaintiff’s motion. Defendant respectfully requests this additional time because Defendant’s

26

Attorney Of Counsel has a higher than normal workload, and requires additional time to prepare

27

the Commissioner’s response.
