Each party is directed to submit to the chambers of Judge Edmund F. Brennan confidential

settlement conference statements not later than August 30, 2016. Such statements are neither to

be filed with the clerk nor served on opposing counsel. However, each party shall notify the other

party that the statement has been submitted to the judge’s chambers.

All other aspects of the Court’s scheduling order (ECF Dkt. 50) remain in effect until
further order of Court.
