On October 6, 2017, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s
18
orders filed October 3, 2017 and September 14, 2017, granting an extension of time for defendant
19
to file an answer and denying motion for default judgment respectively. Pursuant to E.D. Local
20
Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to
21
law.” Id. Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate
22
judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request for
23
consideration is DENIED.
