Plaintiff,
v.
ORDER
RODRIGUEZ, et al.,
15
Defendants.
16
17
On May 27, 2021, plaintiff filed a motion for extension of time to file an opposition to the
18
motion for summary judgment filed on May 7, 2021. In the meantime, defendant Weeks filed a
19
motion for summary judgment on May 21, 2021. Because it is likely plaintiff will need
20
additional time to respond to defendant Weeks’ motion as well, and plaintiff has limited access to
21
the law library, plaintiff is granted sixty days from the date of this order in which to file an
22
opposition to both motions for summary judgment. (ECF Nos. 236, 240.)
23
Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
24
1. Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time (ECF No. 242) is granted; and
25
2. Plaintiff is granted sixty days from the date of this order in which to file a response to
26
both motions for summary judgment (ECF Nos. 236, 240).
