ORDER RODRIGUEZ, et al., 14 Defendants. 15 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel. Following extensions of time, on 17 January 10, 2022, Plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s order filed 18 November 12, 2021, denying Plaintiff’s motion to strike (ECF No. 266).
