WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for conversion in the State of California County

of San Joaquin on or about November 12, 2014;

WHEREAS, the above-captioned matter was removed to the United States District
Court, Eastern District of California on or about February 19, 2015;

WHEREAS, Plaintiff and the Defendant have agreed to stipulate to dismissal of all
parties including all DOE defendants with prejudice of the above-captioned matter;

Complaint are hereby withdrawn in full;

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED between Plaintiff and

Defendant that the above-captioned matter is dismissed with prejudice and that the material

allegations of the Complaint are withdrawn in full by Plaintiff.
