Plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed on April 7, 2015, and he was granted thirty days to
18
file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 6.) On May 19, 2015, plaintiff was granted an additional
19
thirty days to amend. (ECF No. 10.) On July 2, 2015, plaintiff was granted a second extension of
20
time to file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 12.) This period has now expired, and plaintiff has
21
not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s order. Plaintiff has
22
consented to Magistrate Judge jurisdiction to conduct all proceedings in this action. (ECF No. 4.)
23
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice.
