ECF No. 49. The sale was 20 purportedly scheduled for March 8, 2016. Bolanos Decl. Ex. A, ECF No. 49-2. In opposition to 21 the ex parte application, counsel for Nationstar Mortgage LLC, the defendant named in this 22 action, filed a declaration averring the sale had been postponed until May 10, 2016. Chapman 23 Decl. ¶ 5, ECF No. 52.
