This matter is before the court on plaintiff Nelson Lac’s motion for a temporary
18

restraining order barring the nonjudicial foreclosure sale of his home. ECF No. 49. The sale was
20
purportedly scheduled for March 8, 2016. Bolanos Decl. Ex. A, ECF No. 49-2. In opposition to
21
the ex parte application, counsel for Nationstar Mortgage LLC, the defendant named in this
22
action, filed a declaration averring the sale had been postponed until May 10, 2016. Chapman
23
Decl. ¶ 5, ECF No. 52. The court therefore GRANTS the motion for a temporary restraining
24
order as unopposed.
