IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the Plaintiffs PASKENTA BAND OF

NOMLAKI INDIANS; and PASKENTA ENTERPRISES CORPORATION (together,

“Plaintiffs”) on the one hand and Defendants CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY BANK,
4
CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY BANCORP, and JEFFREY FINCK (together the
5
“Cornerstone Defendants”), on the other hand, by and through their respective undersigned
6

counsel that the time for the Cornerstone Defendants to answer the Third Amended Complaint
8
(the “TAC”) be extended by two weeks from June 6, 2016, such that their answer be filed no
9
later than June 20, 2016.

Good cause exists for this extension as the TAC is over 200 pages long and contains
11
12
more than 800 paragraphs. The additional time will allow counsel for the Cornerstone
13
Defendants to properly review the TAC and prepare an answer thereto.
