This stipulation is entered into by Plaintiffs the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians and the

WHEREAS, on April 28, 2023, the Court referred this matter to Magistrate Judge Carolyn
K. Delaney for a settlement conference between Plaintiffs and Chris Pata;
WHEREAS, on May 5, 2023, a settlement conference was set before Magistrate Judge
Delaney on June 6, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom;
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2023, counsel for Plaintiffs informed Chris Pata and the Court
that, due to unforeseen delays in an ongoing trial, lead counsel for Plaintiffs would not be
available on June 6, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Parties have met and conferred on available dates for the settlement
conference;
Now, therefore, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiffs and Chris Pata
as follows, subject to the Court’s approval:
1) The June 6, 2023 Settlement Conference shall be continued to July 27, 2023 at 9:30
a.m. via Zoom; and
2) The Parties shall file their confidential settlement statements to the Court no later than
7 days prior to the Settlement Conference.
