ORDER CDCR, 15 Defendant. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with an action under 17 18 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff consented to proceed before the undersigned for all purposes. See 28 19 U.S.C. § 636(c). By order filed March 1, 2017, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty 20 days leave to file an amended complaint was granted. Thirty days from that date have now 21 passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, or otherwise responded to the court’s 22 order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff shall be given one additional 23 24 opportunity to file an amended complaint. Within thirty days of the date of this order, plaintiff 25 //// 26 //// 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 shall file an amended complaint. Plaintiff is advised that his failure to do so will result in 2 dismissal of this action without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ.
