No. 31, continuing 4 Plaintiff’s deadline to respond to Defendants’ Motion to May 22, 2017) and re-set the hearing date 5 on Defendants Motion for Partial Summary Judgment from May 18, 2017 to June 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. 6 7 WHEREAS, the parties are continuing settlement negotiations that, if consummated, would resolve the entire action, and need further time to complete settlement negotiations. WHEREFORE, the parties stipulate to further continue the deadlines for Plaintiff’s 8 9 10 responsive pleadings to Defendants’ pending dispositive motion, to May 30, 2017, with Defendants’ Reply briefing due June 6, 2017.
