On January 8, 2016, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s
20
order filed December 22, 2015, revoking plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status and requiring him to
21
pay the filing fee for this action. (ECF No. 29.) Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate
22
judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the
23
entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly
24
erroneous or contrary to law.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the
magistrate judge filed December 22, 2015, is affirmed.
