On 18 January 5, 2016, plaintiff was granted a 21-day extension of time to oppose the motion. (ECF 19 No. 19.) That period has passed, and plaintiff has not filed an opposition. 20 Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within thirty days of the date of 21 this order, plaintiff shall file an opposition to the motion for summary judgment or a statement of 22 non-opposition.
