Plaintiffs filed a notice of settlement on September 16, 2015, stating the case has

been settled and that the case should be dismissed within thirty (30) days. ECF No. 17. Pursuant
19
to plaintiffs’ notice, the court issued a minute order directing the parties to file dispositional
20
documents no later than October 16, 2015. ECF No. 18. As of the date of this order, the parties
21
have yet to file any dispositional documents.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that plaintiffs and defendant show cause within
23
seven (7) days of the date of this order why they should not be sanctioned in the amount of $250
24
for their failure to comply with this court’s order, ECF No. 18.
