ORDER CALIFORNIA STATE PRISON DVI, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff consented to proceed before the undersigned for all purposes. See 28 U.S.C. 18 § 636(c). By order filed November 12, 2015, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days 19 leave to file an amended complaint was granted. Plaintiff was warned that failure to file an 20 amended complaint may result in the dismissal of this action. (ECF No. 19 at 10.) Thirty days 21 from that date have now passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, or otherwise 22 responded to the court’s order. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice. 24 See Local Rule 110; Fed.
