KNIPP, et al., 15 ORDER Respondents. 16 17 Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed an application for a writ of habeas 18 corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, together with a request for leave to proceed in forma 19 pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. However, the in forma pauperis application is largely 20 blank, and lacks petitioner’s signature. Petitioner will be provided the opportunity to submit a 21 completed in forma pauperis application. 22 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. Petitioner’s April 27, 2015 request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) 24 25 26 is denied without prejudice. 2. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send petitioner a new Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis By a Prisoner. 27 3. Petitioner shall submit, within thirty days of the date of this order, a completed 28 affidavit in support of his request to proceed in forma pauperis on the form provided by the Clerk 1 1 2 of the Court. 4.
