On March 3, 2017, plaintiff filed a request for a second extension of time to file 20 a response to defendant’s motion. ECF No. 19. Plaintiff explains that the extension is needed 21 because he is currently recovering from a medical condition that has prevented him from 22 preparing a response to the motion. Id. 23 It is hereby ORDERED that: 24 1. Plaintiff’s request for an extension of time to respond to defendant’s motion for 25 summary judgment (ECF No. 19) is granted. 2.
