STIPULATION AND PROPOSED
ORDER TO EXTEND BRIEFING
SCHEDULE
JUDGE OF THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT:
22
The parties, by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to
23
extend the time in which plaintiff must file her motion for summary judgment
24
and/or remand from October 29, 2015, to and including November 12, 2015, and
25
that all subsequent deadlines set forth in the Court’s Scheduling Order (Doc. No. 4)
26
are extended accordingly.
27
28
-1-
1
This is the parties’ first request for an extension of time. This request is
2
made on behalf of counsel for plaintiff who has had to attend to an unforeseen
3
family emergency, thereby not allowing counsel the appropriate time to brief this
4
matter to the Court on behalf of plaintiff. For good cause shown, counsel for
5
plaintiff respectfully requests the granting of this request for a two-week extension.
6
7
IT IS SO STIPULATED.
DATE: October 29, 2015
8
Respectfully submitted,
