However, plaintiff has failed to 19 comply with the requirements of Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Most notably, 20 plaintiff has failed to show, or attempt to show, that “there is no genuine dispute as to any 21 material facts and that [plaintiff] is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.” Accordingly, 22 plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 23) is denied without prejudice to plaintiff 23 filing a motion for summary judgment that complies with the requirements of Rule 56. 24 Dated: March 11, 2016 _____________________________________ CAROLYN K.
