findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. Plaintiff Sasha Huntley was

re-served on May, 28, 2015, to her correct address. Neither party has filed objections to the

21

findings and recommendations.

The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be

23

supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY

24

ORDERED that:

1. The findings and recommendations filed May 21, 2015, are adopted in full;

2. This action is REMANDED to the Sacramento County Superior Court;

27

3. The Clerk of Court is directed to serve a certified copy of the order on the Clerk of the
