Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel in an action brought under 42
18
U.S.C. § 1983. On February 24, 2016, the court ordered plaintiff to submit the necessary
19
documents to effectuate service of process on defendants Baker and Delgado through the United
20
States Marshal. ECF No. 9. Plaintiff submitted the completed forms USM-285 as ordered, but
21
did not submit a completed summons or the required number of copies of the complaint.
22
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within 21 days from service of this order,
23
plaintiff shall complete the attached Notice of Submission of Documents and submit it to the
24
court along with the required documents for service of process. Failure to comply with this order
25
may result in an order of dismissal.
