IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto, namely, Plaintiff
Sabrina Smith (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant H.F.D. No. 55, Inc. (“Defendant”) that:

Plaintiff will submit to arbitration on the following individual claims:

Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”);
