ORDER LASSEN COUNTY, et al., Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with a civil rights 18 action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In an order dated May 26, 2017, defendants Lassen County and 19 Julie Bustamante were ordered to respond to some of plaintiff’s discovery within fifteen days. 20 (ECF No. 44.)
