No 4 objections were filed. 5 6 The court has reviewed the applicable legal standards and, good cause appearing, concludes that it is appropriate to adopt the proposed Findings and Recommendations in full. 7 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 8 1. The proposed Findings and Recommendations filed December 3, 2015, are 9 10 11 12 ADOPTED; and 2. The complaints filed in the above-entitled cases are dismissed without leave to amend; and 3.
