2 Memorandum Of Law In Further Support Of Motion To Exclude The Expert Testimony of Dr.
3 Bruce Isaacson And Dr. Denise Martin containing information designated as “Confidential” and
4 “Highly Confidential” pursuant to the parties’ Stipulated Protective Order, the Court GRANTS
5 Plaintiff’s Request to Seal Document and finds and orders as follows:

The Court finds that the following document shall be filed under seal:

Plaintiff’s Reply Memorandum Of Law In Further Support Of Motion To Exclude
The Expert Testimony of Dr. Bruce Isaacson And Dr. Denise Martin.
The Clerk of the Court shall file the document under seal. The above documents shall be
10 sealed for the duration of this litigation or two years from the date of electronic filing of this Order,
11 whichever occurs first. Should either party wish to extend this sealing Order, a written request
12 should be filed with the Court no sooner than 180 days and no later than thirty (30) days prior to
13 expiration of this Order.
