Petitioner is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel. On November 23, 2016,

petitioner filed a motion for leave of the court to enlarge the page limit, directed to the
19
undersigned. However, as noted in the September 6, 2016 order, the court declined to impose a
20
page restriction. Thus, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner’s motion (ECF No. 40) is
21
denied as moot.
