(collectively, “Defendants”), (collectively, “Parties”) having executed a written 6 Stipulation and Order Regarding Settlement which disposes of all issues raised in this action, and 7 which permits the District Court of the Eastern District of California to retain jurisdiction over this 8 action for four (4) years to resolve any disputes which might arise in the performance of the 9 Stipulation and Order Regarding Settlement, hereby stipulate to the following: 10 1. The Parties agree that United States Magistrate Judge Gregory G. Hollows will 11 resolve any dispute which might occur in the performance of the Parties’ executed Stipulation and 12 Order Regarding Settlement pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 636, subdivision (c), and that such 13 resolution will be final. 14 2. The Parties agree that all claims, including all counterclaims, brought in this action, 15 Civil Case No. 2:15-cv-01918-MCE-GGH, be dismissed in their entirety and with prejudice. Each 16 party shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in this action. 17 18 3.
