Plaintiff has requested an extension of time to file a response to defendant’s motion to
dismiss. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. Plaintiff’s September 18, 2017, motion for an extension of time (ECF No. 29) is
granted; and
2. Plaintiff is granted thirty days from the date of this order in which to file and serve a

response to defendant’s motion to dismiss. Any reply shall be filed and served in accordance

with Local Rule 230(l).
