Burrell, Jr on 11/21/17 ORDERING that the defendants' motion to revoke plaintiff's in forma pauperis status, and to dismiss the complaint 22 , is GRANTED; Plaintiff's in forma pauperis st atus 6 is REVOKED; Plaintiff is ordered to pay the $400.00 filing fee within twenty-one days from the date of this order. Failure to timely pay the filing fee will result in the dismissal of this action; Plaintiff's complaint is di smissed; and Thirty days from the date plaintiff pays the filing fee in full, plaintiff shall file an amended complaint that complies with the requirements of the Civil Rights Act, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Local Rules of Pra ctice. The amended complaint must also bear the docket number assigned to this case and must be labeled "Amended Complaint." ORDER ASSOCIATE WARDEN HURLEY, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action seeking relief 18 under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 19 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On October 30, 2017, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 20 21 which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to 22 the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. Neither party has filed 23 objections to the findings and recommendations. The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 24 25 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 26 ORDERED that the findings and recommendations filed October 30, 2017, are adopted in full 27 and: 28 //// 1 1 2 1.
