ORDER PLACER COUNTY JAIL, et al., Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a former county prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant 18 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. ECF No. 2. 19 However, it appears that after plaintiff submitted his application, he was released from custody. 20 ECF No. 5. Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis will therefore be denied and within 21 thirty days from the filing date of this order, plaintiff must either pay the filing fee in full or 22 submit a non-prisoner application to proceed in forma pauperis, which the Clerk will be directed 23 to provide. Failure to comply with this order will result in a recommendation that this action be 24 dismissed without prejudice. 25 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 26 1. Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) is denied. 27 2. Within thirty days of the filing of this order, plaintiff must either pay the filing fee in 28 full or submit a non-prisoner application to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to comply with 1 1 2 this order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed without prejudice. 3.
