HUNTINGTON, et al, 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner, is proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff consented to proceed before the undersigned for all purposes. See 28 19 U.S.C. § 636(c). By an order filed March 17, 2016, this court ordered plaintiff to complete and return to the 20 21 court, within thirty days, the USM-285 forms and copies of his complaint which are required to 22 effect service on the defendants. On April 5, 2016, plaintiff submitted the 2 USM-285 forms but 23 failed to file the copies of the complaint. 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 25 1.
