ORDER CHRISTIAN PFEIFFER, 15 Respondent. 16 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with a petition for a 17 18 writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. In an order filed March 16, 2017, the court 19 dismissed petitioner’s first amended petition and gave petitioner thirty days to file a second 20 amended petition. Those thirty days have passed and petitioner has not filed a second amended 21 petition or otherwise responded to the court’s March 16 order. Petitioner was advised in the March 16 order that his failure to file a timely second 22 23 amended petition in compliance with the March 16 order may result in dismissal of this action. 24 Petitioner will be given one additional opportunity to file a second amended petition.
